Emerald Farm is the home of Susan. It is located next to the Railroad and opposite the Spa. Emerald Farm, like the rest of the Railroad, is inaccessible during Spring of Year 1 and will only become available after Jojamart has removed the landslide debris in early Summer.

Most of the produce from Emerald Farm is sold by train to outside locations, such as Zuzu City. Villagers in Pelican town frequently comment on the high quality of the produce and compare it to that of Fairhaven Farm. This quality is due to the homemade fertilizer Susan creates to use with all her crops.

Seeds for Emerald Farm crops come from either Pierre's shop or the outside town of Chestervale, where all the seeds for Susan's prized melon crops are purchased. Susan does not support JojaMart's practices, so unlike Fairhaven Farm, none of her seeds come from JojaMart sources.

Additional income sources come from pale ale and wine made with Emerald Farm grown hops and grapes, and occasional sales of Susan's crafted products.

Interior Design

When she isn't gardening outside, Susan spends most of her time at her home checking on her wine casks, or crafting at her worktable. Susan keeps her house clean and has many indoor plants she treats like family. In the back of the house, opposite her bedroom is where she keeps her kegs for artisan goods and her farm ledger.

If the player's friendship level is too low, they won't be able to enter Susan's room and speak with her on days she is checking her kegs.
