Fairhaven Farm is Andy's home, located roughly halfway down Cindersap Forest. It overlooks the cliffs out to the Gem Sea, near the sewer drainage tunnel. Andy's crops seem to be struggling, as they are rather light on the ground and some are wilting.
Fairhaven Farm is also supported by the income Andy makes from foraging around his home and in Forest West.

Interior Design[]
The house is quite unkempt and you can find many of Andy's favored Joja brand products strewn about, as well as several beer bottles. Andy traipses in his muddy boot prints all around his house also.
Andy can generally be found here early in the morning or late in the evening. Otherwise, he is likely out on the farm, foraging, or in town.
After you have finished either the Community Center or fully supported JojaMart's town improvements, Andy will be able to afford to clean up his house.
With the Community Center route you get a cutscene where he tells you that Pierre's fertilizer made his crops better and he got money to afford new furniture. If the player supported JojaMart Andy instead tells you the money came from JojaMart increasing demand for his crops.
Fairhaven Farm's interior is upgraded further if the player fulfills his Special Order to create a basement for Preserves Jar storage.
