Hero Elixir can be purchase from Isaac after you've entered the Crimson Badlands.
His shop is open at the Adventurer's Guild on the 4th, 5th, 11th, 26th, and 27th of every month, and at Castle Village Outpost on the 1st, 8th, 12th, 19th, and 24th.
Hero Elixir's are a unique consumable item which can be combined with both food and drink item buffs, as well as other potions. Hero Elixir also receives the 40% sale price increase from the Artisan skill.
