Joja Veggie is only available if the player has chosen to support JojaMart and has seen Morris' 10 Heart events. It is grown from the Joja Veggie Starter which is available from the Joja Emporium for 600g.
Joja Veggies are growable in all seasons excluding winter, Similar to Ancient Fruit and Joja Berries. They take 13 days to mature. The sprite of the plant shows them on a platform, with a light that turns red to show you when its ready to harvest. Similar to the Joja Berry trellis, the crop is impassable, however unlike the trellis, Joja Veggies are not regrowable, and so it is possible to access plants further into a patch simply by removing the Veggies surrounding them.
