The Torpedo Trout is a Fish that can be caught at Fable Reef. According to Jolyne, the Torpedo Trout was created when the Gotoro Empire(?) performed a spell that can turn weapons alive. The reason they can be found at Fable Reef is because they are attracted to special lanterns that The First Slash Clan set up to protect the common people.
Despite what the Torpedo Trout's tooltip would imply, it is not particularly difficult to catch.
