Victor lives with his mother, Olivia. Both moved to Pelican Town after Olivia retired from working for JojaCo. Victor has recently graduated top of his class from a prestigious university with a Bachelor's in Engineering. He isn’t sure what he wants to do with his life, but he wants to find the role that makes him happy, not rich. He spends most of his days in the museum, the park, gazing out at the ocean, playing arcade games, and reading books.

Schedule

Victor can often be found inside his house reading, playing video games, or working with his computer equipment. Occasionally he drinks Olivia's wine in the cellar. Outside the Jenkins home, he splits his time between a few places around town. Victor often frequents the small park directly north of the blacksmith. Other times he visits the museum, beach, Pierre's shop, or Blue Moon Vineyard. On Friday evenings he can be found at the Saloon with Sam, Sebastian, and Abigail. Every 20th he goes to Sebastian's room to play tabletop games.

Relationships

Living at home with his mother Olivia is sometimes a strain on Victor. They are too alike in some ways and clash when their moods are both negative. Olivia wants the best for Victor, but doesn't understand that what he wants and what she thinks is best are not always the same things. While they don't have much in common, Victor admires her ability to pick up new hobbies and thrive in new phases of her life.

Victor is close friends with Sam, Sebastian, and Abigail, who all share a love of video games or computers. On Friday's he joins the three of them in the Saloon by the pool table. He is also friends with Sophia, who he met through Olivia's purchases of Blue Moon Wine.

The whole town helped search for Dewey but he was never found. After a few weeks Victor arranged for the grave to be made. He hopes Dewey is still alive somewhere and vows to still be around if he comes home. (+40 friendship) The next day, Victor sends a letter to the Farmer thanking them for listening.

Description: Finding Home	The Farmer comes across Victor standing by the pond north of Clint's shop. He explains how Olivia is angry with him for not finding a job yet. He reveals he has been turning down job offers and internships because none of them appeal to him. Victor tells the Farmer he is envious of their ability to quit working for Joja Co. and take a chance on the farm. The Farmer responds: "Working at Joja was the worst." Victor says it sounds awful to work in that environment. He says Olivia is pressuring him into a career he doesn't want, just for the money. While there aren't many jobs in the valley, he's hopeful he can find something where he's free to be himself. (+75 friendship) "You should move to the city and get a job." Victor repeats to the Farmer that, while finding jobs that don't require a commute to the city is hard, he doesn't want to leave Stardew Valley. He lived all his life in Zuzu City and can't imagine going back now that he's found the feeling of home he has now living in the valley. (-125 friendship) If the player has completed the JojaMart route, this conversation takes place by the river south of the Jenkins' mailbox instead of by the pond.

Description: Building a Foundation	Olivia is cleaning the house and enters Victor's room to tidy up. She stumbles upon his diary and finds out that Victor has been denying job offers. Olivia confronts him with her discovery and threatens to kick Victor out and cut him off from her funding. While Victor tries to explain, the Farmer emerges from the library. Olivia accuses the Farmer of eavesdropping and they explain they overheard arguing while looking for books to borrow. Victor uses the distraction to ask Olivia to listen to his side of the story. The Farmer gets the option to stay quiet or agree with Olivia. Don't say anything. If the player stays quiet, Victor says he was denying job offers because he knows what he wants to do with his life. He explains that he found interest in bridge engineering and has been apprenticing with someone in Grampleton responsible for constructing and maintaining bridges within the valley. He's been waiting to say something to Olivia until he knew whether his apprenticeship could become official. Olivia apologizes for snooping and becoming upset. Together, everyone celebrates Victor's success. (+50 friendship) "Listen to your mom and move to the city." Olivia, supported by the Farmer's response, restates the need for Victor to move back to Zuzu City for work. She thanks the Farmer and dismisses them. If the Farmer speaks to Victor later, he is disappointed in them for agreeing with Olivia and shares the news about the apprenticeship. He is hurt and feels betrayed, sending the Farmer away. (-1250 friendship)

Description: A New Journey	When the Farmer enters, Victor is happily surprised to see they came and explains what he is doing with his surveying equipment. He asks the Farmer to lend him a hand. This cuts to the end of the day and the both get ready to head home when something rustles in the bushes. Victor is scared it's a monster and wants the Farmer to protect him. Instead of a monster, a cat appears. Victor recognizes Dewey, his lost cat. A second cat appears and Victor offers for both of them to come back home to live with him and the Farmer. However, Dewey decides to stay in the wild with his cat friend. Victor accepts this decision, happy Dewey is doing okay. He and the Farmer continue home. Talking to Victor the next day, he says he's commissioned Robin to remove the memorial at the cemetery she originally created. He wonders what Dewey and his friend are up to, and whether they'll see them again.

If it is 11:10 PM or later, Victor then says he is tired and suggests he and the farmer go to bed.

Description: Two-Timer Troubles	The Farmer enter the Jenkins house where they are confronted by Olivia and Victor. The two were talking and learned the Farmer was dating both of them. Olivia threatens to kick the Farmer out permanently, who loses a large amount of friendship with both Olivia and Victor.(-1250 friendship) If the Farmer is holding a Rabbit's Foot, they are greeted happily by Olivia and Victor. She offers to share a new bottle of wine, and he offers to play a new video game with the Farmer. No friendship points are lost.

Marriage

Once married, Victor will move into the farmhouse. Like other marriage candidates, he will have his own unique bedroom.

He will order new furniture and change the decor in your house (i.e. wallpaper, order new chairs, etc.). After getting fourteen hearts, he can start gifting gold bars or bottles of wine.
